This Donations/Refund Policy applies to anyone who makes a donation to HOPENZ Charitable Trust (HOPENZ). This policy explains the terms and conditions that apply when you donate to HOPENZ.
The HOPENZ Board works alongside our colleagues in the field to funnel your donation into the areas of greatest need.
Donations, whether one-time or monthly, may be made through this HOPENZ Online website, or by Automatic Payment or Direct Debit through your bank .
1. Tax receipts will be issued annually for donations of $20 or more.
2. There is no minimum monthly donation.
3. Donations, whether made through online banking or by using the Donate online option at the HOPENZ website, are non-refundable.
4. All credit card transactions will be processed in New Zealand dollars.
Set up an Automatic Payment or Direct Debit.
You can set up regular online automatic payments through your bank.

Also please email us your email address, so we can send you a tax donation receipt in April of each year. It would be a great idea if you added us to your contact list so the receipt doesn’t end up in the junk mail folder!
